0009 Daily Notes 2013 Wednesday October 9th. The Film Blue Jasime, Gurcharan Das lecture at Newcastle University and the work of Masters and Johnson as drama

0009 Daily Notes 29013 Wednesday October 9th. It was an obsessed night with one idea being worked through over three wakings for comfort breaks having not gone to bed until 00.30 but still managing 7.1 hours of SP Treatment bringing rhe average down to 8.4. Speed chess playing continues to be awful at level four and back to zero again. There us bright blue sky again.

It is now 10.10 and after electronic games play I uploaded the Daily notes 4.6 noting there has been a surge in viewing. Must get myself ready for going to see the Woody Allen film after playing the national lottery on line, Have prepared a prawn in shell salad to take with me and eat just before the show, Have recorded PMQ’s and reading Time magazine. Did washing up and breakfast was an apple and raspberry added porridge

For accuracy I am writing this on the morning of 10th October at 8pm.

I prepared a prawn salad and just about got to the Cineworld Bolden in time for the start of the programme for the 12.10 showing of Blue Jasmine the latest Woody Allen film. ( I need breakfast). I only managed a couple of mouthfuls of the salad before using the gift voucher for the film and entering the theatre only to find that i was early and with the usually long period of adverts and up coming film releases I could have enjoyed more.

I will write again about the film which disappointed despite brilliant acting. I thought it lacked the intense sexuality of A Street car names Desire despite the more overt references to the involvement fo the two adopted sisters with the same adopted parents.

There was just about time to prepare for the journey to Newcastle for the first of the new season of Free Public lecture at Newcastle University. Because the weather has changed with a biting wind I took the car and a coat and having left rhe car at the roadside an umbrella, having had to use one earlier when I left he car outside overnight, attempted to use the front door and found I still had to get in at back as I had left the key in the lock on the inside!

I took the car only to Hewarth parked for £2,50 and then the Metro to the Haymarket where I was early but this provide the opportunity o sit an observe the comings and goings at the Hershal building. I will also write about the important contribution made by Gurcharan Das. Attendance was down to 100 or so. He has a free market approach to economics but what eh had to say was important and interesting especially in the context of China’s attempt to also match the USA per capita wealth which if they do both monster size nations will dominate the world for centuries. I need to write more.

The evening events were Newsroom and a recording fo the new drama series on ITV on rhe Masters and Johnson research Team. With also meriting closer attention. What a busy time I have over the next week at my desk again. I must exercise. To bed around 11 after playing computer games of Chess, patience and Mah-Jong.

Cameron and Miliband were back to the worst PMQ baiting throwing quotes back at each other as Ed pushed ahead on the importance of the freeze on energy prices. I must do a political write up especially as I believe the privy Council is supporting the agreed Westminster approach to Leveson implementation and not that pushed by the majority of the newspapers but i cannot find a reference this morning so far.
