0011 Daily Notes 2013 Friday 11th October England win 4.,1 while a weight increases leads ro the Wii Fit use again

0011 Daily notes 2013 Friday 11th October

06.00 rise after only 7 hours use in bed in bed with SP machine although till registering average 8.4 having also been awake still full of he issues raised by yesterday’s lecture, also grasping trying to imaginatively create a reality scenario with this constant struggle between creating and new experiencing now that I am able to experience without that outsiderish analytical detachment which bedevilled so much of previous experiences, and yet I am also resistant to the discipline of the undertakings I set myself and go to playing games.

07.45 I have spent too long on Patience t the computer registering game 1660 with the latest run in the 60’s, followed by reaching over 10million at Mah-Jong and into the 7th game in the latest run of level 4 chess. I need now to put the full to brimming environmental bin outside and then try and find my car keys which must be in the house since bringing the car in but also had the panic with the wind churning the inside contents of the garage. Assuming that too much time is not devoted to the car key search I will breakfast and then upload the completed Cricket review before devoting myself to the lecture which i propose to write up as part of yesterday’s notes, albeit a day after. I must get a lottery ticket and also catch up on Question Time and This week on the BBC I player. Time to go. If all goes well I will try the lunch at the Sambucca.

07.55 Great Car Keys were on the floor by the environmental bin

12.35 After an absence of 76 days I have recommenced Wii fitness work this morning commencing with a weigh about one Ilb less that when I left on and fitness age of 66. The reason for returning after the injury and hen summer break and catch up work is that in the weigh after washing and get dressed to out for a Test meal at the Sambucca I discovered that I was over 16 and a quarter some so as punishment I stopped going for the meal and recommenced the fitness programme with a short 15 minute work out which included a jog and the cycle short distances, the full step balance and a golf. There was some pull on the calf and I am not too sure about the impact of the golf however it went far better than anticipate and my intention is to do another 15 minutes later in the day to achieve at least 350 calories burn and gradually increase the effort with not recommencing the more appealing sports programme until after Christmas as before and only then starting from scratch again with the aim good effective work our rather than achievement scores.

Before this I finished the read through and update of 2496 on the Cricket which proved a massive document, even for me with some 29 pages of uploaded script and some 40 plus of the 24 point prints album addition.

The LA men has cleared the environmental bin and I have washed up followed by album placing and listened This week and part of Question time. I now will try and survive or soup and a couple of crackers until this evening when I will have an egg salad, Will watch Bargain Hunt ending and news over the Lunch beak and then back to work.

13.40 Watched the start of the news followed by the rest of Question Time and sorted out viewing later today with the World Cup Football game the highlight. I had not caught up that among those sacked from the Labour Shadow team was Diane Abbott from her post in Public Health as part of the team led by Any Burnham one of the other contenders for the party Leadership. She speculated this was because of saying Labour should not support the Bombing of Iraq during the period when the Labour Leader appeared to be making up his mind. Another Hot topics has been the sale of the Post office at a price which suggests cheaply from the viewpoint of the Tax payer given the immediate rise in share price. Will Diane be back on This Week, perhaps not.

15.00 I have missed the first hour of the Kermode Mayo film show and given what else I hope to accomplish to day I will leave perhaps to the radio player.

19,12 Completed second Wii Fit session and a total for day of 31 mins getting the left hand emote to work. Had evening meal of egg salad after cuppasoup only lunch but a cheese toastie for afternoon tea was not good but it i a start, .First draft of Wicker Man film and long session clearing Mail in tray sent, and old got £5 voucher from TV survey brings to £7 M and S vouchers and now 2 X £5 off the Toby Carvery and new menu for Wetherspoons.

22.00 I enjoyed the England world Cup Qualifying game against Montenegro despite the no score draw at half time but immediately afterwards the goals started to flow as the visitors were forced to try and score themselves after the Rooney Opener. The visitors then gifted an own goal as England stepped up the pressure but it was played for a host of teams Spurs man Townsend a surprise selection by manager Roy Hodgson for unable to play Theo Walcott who hit the third and with Sturridge getting and taking penalty as the game came to and end England won 4.1 and came a significant step closer to qualification. England now have 19 points from their 9 qualifying games and only the Ukraine who have 18 points can overtake them and as the Ukraine is unlikely to lose their final game against one of the two poor sides in rhe group England must win, with a draw not sufficient, their final game net Tuesday against Poland, again on home soil at Wembley Stadium

I was delighted with the appointment of Roy Hodgson as England manager and opposed to that of Harry Rednap who appeared to be a cert for the job despite various concerns being raised leading to a court case which cleared him. He was clearly shocked when not appointed reminding of the position of Brian Clough many years before although in my estimation there is no comparison between them .Lost his job at Spurs and then took on the challenge of preventing QPR leaving the Premiership after a short stay. In fairness QPR re now joint leaders of Championship with Burnley having dropped only four points, and they also have a game in hand on the leaders all the teams immediately following. It is a pity that comments from his recently published book appear to snipe at the England manager gaining the position over him, in the days just before the big game. Hodgson‘s team have provided the first of what I hope is a two part reply. Time for bed and a little read 22.25.
